Note that apart from the centralized configurations (Config), each module and/or submodule come with its own setting. For example, Reception module settings are under the reception module we will take a look.

Roles & Permissions

The default system Roles and Permissions are perfectly fine to use the system but in case you would like to customize them to your requirement check this flow.

  1. Click on the Profile Picture at the top right corner of the system

  2. Click on the Role & Permission

  3. This is the list of default roles You can add your own Roles by following these steps:

  4. Click Add Role

  5. Enter Name

  6. Click Save

  7. Click on Permission

  8. Scroll to the right (to see your added role)

  9. Select the Module which permission you want to grant or revoke

  10. Check the Permission you want to grant or revoke

  11. Click Save

    Alternatively, you can grant or revoke specific userโ€™s permission. To do so:

  12. Click User wise Permission

  13. Check Assign or Revoke

  14. Search and Select User (you can select multiple users)

  15. Search and Select Permission (you can select multiple permissions)

  16. Click Save
